2023-2193 – Program Lead – Waterford Contractor

This is a 12 month contract with a view to extension

Purpose

We are looking for a Program Lead to join our clients team that always seeks what is best for our patients and customers, challenges common thinking to get a better result, is an effective problem solver, and is a team player that helps others.
Diversification continues to bring new products to Waterford and the expanded site portfolio continues to create new opportunities for contract engagements. The role of contract Program lead will lead cross-functional teams in the business integration of 2 products to our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Program Lead management responsibilities to support the programs will include:
o Lead cross-functional, multi-site teams, in technology transfer, new product introduction and business integration of new products.
o Translate customer needs into defined, approved project scope statements
o Work with function managers to quantify resource requirements.
o Establish detailed project plans and drive execution of project tasks in line with agreed scope, schedule, and cost.
o Establish and execute a communication plan for the project and facilitate information flow between stakeholders and sites.
o Drive program risk identification, analysis, response, and implement & monitor mitigations to minimise impact to the program or wider business.
o Facilitate cost estimation to determine program budget and drive adherence to budget and forecast submission
o Project Stakeholder Management to analyze stakeholder expectations and their impact on the project, and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
o Program Lead is responsible for some program GMP documents in line with Waterford site procedure; therefore, training and use of the site Content Management System is required.

Requirements

• Experience in biopharma industry, in a project leadership role
• Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in program/project management in drug substance or drug product
• Project Management certification, PMI, etc
• Working knowledge of cGMP’s, GLP etc
