Engineering approaches and solutions are key to the design, operation and management of biopharmaceutical production facilities and processes.

0ur Engineering Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, each one in a different area Process Engineering, Validation and Projects. As well as working side by side with experienced team members and participating in projects and day to day team activities, you will also receive training designed to help you develop soft skills in a range of areas such as: presentation and communication skills, emotional intelligence, influencing and leadership skills.

We support a variety of corporate and social responsibility activities and all Graduates participate in the Junior Achievement programme with local schools during the programme

Responsibilities

During the rotation in

• Validation you will be involved in the validation of new equipment, systems and processes at the Company and will learn all aspects of the validation life-cycle
• Project Engineering you will learn how to provide project engineering support to a variety of site engineering projects and deliver quality projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Process Engineering you will learn how engineering principles are applied to the production of biopharmaceuticals, develop your understanding of the fundamentals of process control learn how to ensure appropriate standards are met as well as develop and implement improvement initiatives in manufacturing and development operations
• You will be working with various teams across the site and may have to interact with teams based at other sites within the Company network.

Requirements:

• Have graduated in the past two years
• Have a minimum 2.1 Primary Degree or Masters in Engineering, Science or Technology.
• Good working knowledge of database query tools such as SQL or PLSQL required
• Have relevant work experience which can be cumulative, i.e. internship/work placement
• Have the same sort of values as we do as well as a passion for healthcare
• Be able to demonstrate a record of a high level of performance and delivery
• Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Be a self-starter with the determination to succeed
• Possess a record of high achievement and delivery
• Have ability to work in a team and on own initiative
