Smartsheet Project Manager – Waterford Contractor

This is a 12 month contract with a view to extension

Purpose

To provide MSAT Network services relating to the Phase-2 evolution of MSAT Smartsheet Project Management Information System.

Responsibilities

• Support Smartsheet PMIS including Shine & Power BI integrations
• Integrate Smartsheet with sites existing Project Controls processes
• Continue Smartsheet deployment to sites in EU & US
• Smartsheet deployment to non-MSAT sites
• Integration of portfolio data sets so that reporting is accurate, validated and up-to date
• Create Product dashboards using combination of Smartsheet and PowerBI
• Smartsheet PMIS instance health-check and action plan
• Implement resource management capability including forecasting
• Create Portfolio dashboards using combination of Smartsheet and PowerBI
• Implement Data Analytics – Generation of project control metrics
• Generation of project workflows in automated project management systems.
• Develop and rollout Smartsheet small project toolkit
• Continuous onboarding of new users, training, etc
• Point-of-Contact between MSAT and Smartsheet.com
• Technical support of site power users
• Control of continuous improvement and suggestion feedback
• Simplification of reporting & communication
• Support standardization of project ways of working to industry standard project management best practice.

Requirements

• The scope of work supports a network of sites in the EU & US, therefore remote or hybrid working is applicable. Some travel is expected at ~15%.
• 2 years plus experience in biopharma/ medical device industry, in a project management role
• B.Sc., B.E. M.Eng. Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Smartsheet Superuser
• Excellent data management and visualization
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
Advantageous Requirements:
• Project Management certification, PMI, etc
• Working knowledge of cGMP’s, GLP etc
• Primavera and MS Project experience
• Shine & Power BI experience would be desirable
• Fluent French
